As you transition to your new life with your baby you may be feeling overwhelmed. Every family deserves support during this time. We would love to help as you navigate through this postpartum period. We are here to provide you emotional, informational and practical support.

3 Ways to Support You
Post Partum Groups
Support groups on the 2nd & 4th Monday of the month at 12:30. A $5 donation is appreciated. Babies are welcome as long as they can sit on your lap. Call the studio to reserve your spot.
1-Time Consult
Our postpartum doulas can meet with you and give postpartum support virtually. We will help you with obstacles you may be dealing with answer any questions you have, talk about your birth experience and help with day to day struggles.
Sessions done virtually via Zoom
Session Length: 50 minutes.
Cost: $45
Post Partum Package
- Free 20 minute zoom initial consultation to ask questions and get to know each other.
- Available to answer any questions and provide resources during your pregnancy
- Prenatal visit around 30 weeks at your home to discuss a postpartum care plan.
- We can start coming to your home to provide support as soon as baby is born for up to 12 weeks to help during the "fourth trimester"
$35/hr for a minimum of 4 hours
*As postpartum doulas we do not provide medical advice or medical care. Our job is to support you, your partner and your baby in whatever way is best for you. While we will assist in taking care of your newborn, we do not provide childcare while you are out of the home.
