Hi, I’m Julie and I’m owner and the visionary behind Healing Hands Wellness Studio. After working in the industry for over 20 years, I decided to open my own spa and create a positive, refreshing environment for all. My specialties include massages, facials and prenatal and postpartum massage. I bring my knowledge and personal touch to each treatment. My calm and caring demeanor puts my guests at ease as I take them through a session leaving them feeling revitalized and invigorated.
After devoting many years to massage therapy and holistic body work, I have realized that the balance between good health, career, relationships and spirituality are vital.
Once I reached this realization, I found a passion to coach others around me about this balance. I attended Health Coach Institute to pursue a career as a life coach to teach others how to navigate their health and wellness. While at the institute I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods.
As a massage therapist, I have enjoyed exploring the harmony that health coaching can bring to my practice. I am continually expanding my education and experiences, to help my clients better grow to their best lives. I work with each of my clients individually to create a personalized approach to life quality based on their goals and lifestyle. If you are interested in finding your balance, contact me today to book your complimentary session.

Doula
I have a degree in early childhood development and have worked in the childcare field for over 10 years. I also have customer service and data entry experience. After becoming a certified pediatric sleep consultant in 2019, I realized there was so much more I could do to help parents thrive. This led me down the path to become a birth and postpartum doula. My birth and postpartum training validated my feelings that I was meant to do this type of work and that this is exactly what I had been looking for! My goal as a birth doula is to inform and support parents so they feel heard and remember birth as a happy experience. I was fortunate enough to have a positive birth experience when I had my daughter in 2014 but I know that is not the case for everyone. I would love to be able to change that. My goal as a postpartum doula is to make the transition of having a new baby as smooth as possible. I also plan to become a certified lactation counselor in the future as well.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, working on our new home and doing anything outside!
Massage Therapist
Stephanie is a licensed massage therapist with an AAS degree from Monroe Community College. She has been practicing in the field since 2012 and is passionate about the healing power of massage and how it improves your physical and mental well being. She uses a blend of modalities to fit the needs of her clients and to help soothe aching muscles. Working intuitively with body, Stephanie meets the muscle tissue where it is rather than overwhelming it. She has learned that the body responds best by working with the tissues rather than against them. By the end of your treatment, her goal is to make sure you leave feeling refreshed and renewed. In her spare time she enjoys reading, going on adventures with her husband and spending quality time with their dog Luna whether it be on walks, going to the dog park or snuggling on the couch watching Netflix.
Hello all, my name is Lia! A few things about me; I graduated from the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in Rochester back in 2017. I left a stressful retail job to pursue massage and do what I love, helping others. I own the cutest pup ever and I am obsessed with him. We love to go kayaking, paddle boarding and camping! Being out in nature helps ground me, it’s where I find peace.
My goal and promise to you is to help you get back to your old self. I take my job very seriously and strive to relax your mental state and physical state as well as supplying you with a safe space where your soul can feel at peace for a few minutes. It’s time to take care of yourself and leave your stress and worries at the door. I strive to make each of my clients feel their very best by using a wide range of techniques and bodywork modalities specified to your individual needs. Your physical and mental health are very important to me. If you leave with a smile on your face, then that’s all that matters.
